Step 2.
Making a Memorial Display Decision
As soon as we receive your flowers we will begin the preservation process. You will need to make your memorial display decision no later than three weeks after the flowers have been sent. Please review all the options online. Feel free to print the pages of the displays that you prefer, verse & personalization options etc. if you need to discuss them with family or friends. Our design consultants will be happy to help you with your decision and to complete your order by the phone. Call toll free 800-742-9570
M-T from 9:30 AM to 4:30PM Central Standard Time or on Saturdays from 9:30 AM till 3:00PM. Customer service is closed on all major holidays, Fridays and Sundays.
Step 3.
Final Payment or Scheduling a Payment Plan
Once your display decision has been made the balance will be due or you can select a payment plan option. If you select a payment plan option your balance will be divided into five monthly payments. A one-time paper work fee is applied to payment plans as follows and is collected with the first payment.
A. Auto pay fee $25.00
This allows us to automatically charge your credit or debt card each month for the payment.
B. Check payment fee $35.00
You will be responsible for making your payment by check each month. A payment plan schedule will be provided but no other monthly notice will be given. Late fees will apply.
Step 4.
Final Delivery of Your Memorial Display
About three weeks after your memorial display has been paid in full you will receive a letter providing the estimated completion and shipping timetable. Proper floral preservation takes about 14-16 weeks.
